Operating steps of the drilling rig.
1. Start the diesel engine. Allow the diesel engine to run for 10~20 minutes before further operation.
2. Push the traveling manipulator valve to move the drilling rig to the drilling position; push each handle on the cylinder manipulator valve to adjust the slide frame to the block position and then fix it. Fine tune the 4 outrigger cylinders to ensure that the drill pipe is vertical and downward.
3. Open the ball valve switch on the air inlet line and the impact manipulator valve to feed air to the impactor, and push the rotary manipulator valve at the same time to make the rotary drive the drill pipe and impactor to turn positively, then slowly push the advance manipulator valve to make the needle gradually close to the ground, and the impactor start working after contacting the ground.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use the impactor for soil drilling.

Working Principle
TDS water well drilling rig is a kind of fully hydraulic open-air drilling equipment, which is powered by diesel engine, forming high pressure oil circuit by driving hydraulic oil pump, and driving hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder to complete various predetermined actions by manipulating each relevant hydraulic manipulation valve on the manipulation console.
When working, start the power, push the handle of the slewing valve on the console, the pressure oil through the slewing valve to drive the slewing motor on the slewing device rotation.
Push the handle on the travel valve to realize the forward, backward, turning and other actions of the machine.
Push the handle on the operating table to control the action of each related cylinder and winch motor, to complete the pitch of the guide rail and unload the Xuan cylinder, outrigger cylinder, telescopic cylinder telescopic action and the forward and reverse action of the winch motor.
Push the handle on the propulsion valve to realize the telescopic action of the propulsion cylinder, and drive the wire rope feeding and lifting. When the propulsion cylinder is contracted and the rotator is turning, the ball valve on the air inlet pipe is opened at the same time to supply the pressure air from the air compressor to the drill pipe and the impactor to work and blow the broken rock out of the ground, so as to realize the continuous feeding of the impactor to break the rock and form the rock drilling.
The handle on the merging manipulator valve is combined with the propulsion and rotary handle respectively, which can realize the rapid action of the rotary and propulsion cylinders.
