I. Items for regular inspection of drilling rig

1. Check the main structure of the drill, bolts of structural connectors, connecting pins of structural components, welding seams of various structural components, hanging basket structure and safety protection status, especially before entering the site for use, it should be tested by qualified units for safety performance, and can be used only after passing the inspection;

2. Check the status of various power heads, working cylinders and drill pipes regularly;

3, regular check on the hoist drum anti-wire rope shedding device and the height of both sides of the edge, the wall condition of the drum, the tail of the wire rope on the drum weeks, especially on the condition of the brake mouth should be a key item at any time to check;

4, the inspection of the electrical system, the main inspection items are: special electric box setting and short circuit protection and leakage protection device, emergency power off switch, electric box damping device, working device on the cable fixed, lighting lines, grounding is prohibited for current-carrying zero line, etc.;

Ii. The drilling rig shall be inspected at any time

1. Check the consolidation of the rope end;

The content of wire rope inspection is: wire rope safety ring number, wire rope selection, installation, lubrication, wire rope defects inspection, such as wire rope diameter and wear, wire rope broken number, etc.;

2, at any time to check the pulley system of the drill, the main inspection items are: pulley body condition, transition pulley anti-skip device;

3. Inspect the walking system of drilling machine at any time. The main inspection items are: pipe routing of pile machine, clamping plate and hook pipe system, tie laying, etc.;

3. Make a good record of the maintenance of the drilling rig, and make a detailed record of the replaced parts to ensure the use of the parts within the validity period, or keep track of the time of the next replacement at any time;

4. If the drilling rig is found to be faulty, the operation shall be stopped immediately, and it shall not be used until the fault is removed.
