Do a good job of nine points to make your drill pipe live longer

.When using a new drill pipe, it should be determined that the threaded buckle of the front cut of the drill bit (protecting the shaft head) is also new. A broken drill bit can easily damage the threaded buckle of the new drill pipe, causing water leakage, buckle, loosening, etc.

.When using the drill pipe for the first drilling, you should first “grind the new buckle”. This includes first applying the threaded buckle oil, then tightening it with the full strength of the drilling rig, then opening the buckle, then applying the threaded buckle oil and then opening it. Repeat this three times to avoid wear and buckle of the new rod.

.As far as possible, keep the drill pipe in a straight line under the ground and on the ground. This can avoid the force on the side of the threaded part and cause unnecessary wear and tear, and even jump the buckle.

.The buckle should be tightened slowly to reduce overheating and wear.

.Every time you buckle, you must tighten it with full torque, and always pay attention to whether the condition of the clip is in good condition.

.Shorten the distance from the drilling rig to the ground inlet, because if the drill pipe lacks support, it will easily bend and deform when the drill pipe is pushed and guided, resulting in a shorter life span.

.Keep the inlet angle as small as possible, and slowly change the angle in accordance with the drill pipe safety requirements.

.Do not exceed the maximum bending radius of the drill pipe, pay special attention to the change in the horizontal section when drilling and the change in the angle of drilling when drilling.

.Keep using the drill pipe in turns, and avoid fixed use of fixed drill pipes to guide and pull back. You must take turns to avoid excessive wear and break the rod.
