Drilling procedures for water well drilling rigs
1.Move the drilling rig to the position where it needs to be operated, and manipulate the telescopic cylinder handle and outrigger cylinder handle to adjust the drilling rig to parallel to the ground.
2.Manipulate the handle of the pitch cylinder to pitch the carriage to the stop position, tighten the two fixing bolts with a wrench, and put the fixing pins in.
3.Install the first drill pipe (2 meters), impactor and needle, and fix the impactor with an impactor positioning sleeve.
4.Fine-tune the machine by manipulating the handle of the outrigger cylinder to ensure that the drill pipe is vertically downward.
5.Open the air inlet valve；
6.Adjust the needle valve of the injector until oil droplets are seen at the needle；
7.Slowly move the swivel downwards so that the head of the impactor touches the surface of the ground, and at the same time push the handle of the impactor ball valve to an appropriate angle.；
8.After the rock hole is formed, the impactor stabilizer sleeve should be replaced with a drill pipe stabilizer sleeve, and then the impactor ball valve handle should be pushed to the limit position for formal rock drilling.
Note：
1. When drilling the soil layer, a special soil drill bit should be replaced.When drilling the soil layer, the impactor should be removed for direct rock drilling.
2. When drilling into the rock layer, the drill bit should be replaced and the impactor should be loaded at the same time.
Sleepers or cushions should be placed under the four outrigger cylinders to increase the stability of the drilling rig.
