1. When using a new water well drilling rig, make sure that the threads on the tip of the drill bit (to protect the shaft head) also fit snugly into the direction of rotation of the new bit. New drill pipe threads are prone to breakage, leading to leaks, bending and slackening. Sealed condition.
2. When drilling with drill rods, first “polish the new buckle”. Apply thread oil first, then tighten it completely with the drill bit, open the buckle, reapply thread oil and repeat three times to avoid re-warping and bending.
3. Keep the drill pipe as straight as possible on the ground and in the ground to avoid unnecessary wear and bouncing on the side threads. It is important to secure the drill bit to avoid moving forces during construction.
4. When tightening, tighten slowly to reduce overheating and wear.
5. Tighten the buckle fully each time you use it, so always keep an eye on the condition of the clamps.
6. Shorten the distance you back the water well drill into the ground. This is because if the drill pipe is unsupported it can easily bend and distort when guiding the drill pipe, thus shortening its life.
7. Make the inlet angle as small as possible and change the angle slowly to suit the requirements of the drill pipe.
8. Do not exceed the bending radius of the drill pipe. Pay particular attention to changing the horizontal section during drilling and to changing the angle of entry of the drill bit.
9. Retain the drill pipe to avoid guiding and retracting it. Rotate it to prevent excessive wear and damage to the rod.
