7. It is forbidden to check the drill before the motor stops.
8. When drilling rig is working, it is strictly forbidden to tighten any parts of the rig.
9. When the drilling rig is running, refueling is strictly prohibited. Refueling of the upper mast pulley shall be carried out when the rig is stopped.
10, the motor is not allowed to work on the mast before stopping.
11. Under no circumstances shall other personnel remain under the mast while the upper part of the mast is being worked.
12. It is not allowed to work on the mast when there is bad weather (rainstorm, snow, ice or strong wind of force 5 or above). Also, artificial lighting is not allowed to work on the mast.
13. It is strictly forbidden to use the wire rope with split strands.
14. When drilling tools are lifting, it is strictly forbidden to touch the wire rope by hand.
15. It is strictly forbidden to open the wellhead except for drilling rig lifting and drilling pipe.
16. In order to prevent the swing of the drilling tool or suction tube when it is taken out of the well, it must be hooked with a hook made of steel rods with a diameter of 15 ~ 20mm.
17. When cleaning the suction cylinder, a strong and reliable wire rope should be used to form a ring, set at the lower end of the suction cylinder, and turn it over.
18. All workers shall be removed from the well while the casing is being raised or lowered by pulley and while the machine is working.
19. When pulling out the casing with a jack, the casing must be fixed together to avoid falling off.
20. Drilling shall be stopped in the event of cessation of lighting (at night). While the drill is still in the well, it should be carefully removed from the well.
1、 钻孔工作地点应保持清洁。
2、钻机的安装及拆卸时，要保证正确和完整无缺。
3、钻机的桅杆升降时，操作人员应站在安全的位置上进行。
5、当钻机工作时，严禁去掉防护罩。
6、工作开始前，应该检查制动装置的可靠性，以及磨擦离合器和起动装置的工作性能。
7、 电动机未停止前，禁止检查钻机。
8、 钻机工作时，严禁紧固钻机任何零件。
9、 当钻机运转时，严禁加油。桅杆上部 滑轮加油应在钻机停止时进行。
10、 电动机未停止前，不允许在桅杆上工作。
11、 无论什么情况下，当桅杆上段有人工作时，桅杆下不许停留其它人员。
12、 遇有恶劣气候时（暴雨、大雪、结冰或五级以上大风），不许在桅杆上工作。同时，也不允许利用人工照明在桅杆上工作。
13、 严禁使用裂股的 钢丝绳。
14、 钻具升降时，严格禁止用手摸钢丝绳。
15、 除钻机升降，下钻管等外，井口严禁敞开。
16、 为了防止钻具或抽筒从井内取出井外时的甩动，必须使用由直径15～20mm钢棒制成的钩子钩住。
17、 在清洗抽筒时，应利用坚固可靠的钢丝绳结成环，套在抽筒下端，将其倒翻。
18、 用滑车提升或下降套管时，以及机器在打捞工作时，所有工人应离开钻井。
19、在用起重器拔出套管时，为避免套管脱落，必须彼此固定在一起。
20、在照明停止的情况下（夜间时），钻孔工作应该停止。这时钻具仍在井内时，就应该小心地把钻具从井内取出来。
