(1) Installation and preparation of the drilling rig
1. Prepare the drilling chamber, the specifications of which can be determined according to the method of drilling, generally 2.6-2.8m in height for horizontal holes, 2.5m in width and 2.8-3m in height for upward, downward or inclined holes.
2、Lead the air and water lines, lighting lines, etc. to the vicinity of the working face for use.
3、Establish the pillars firmly according to the requirements of the hole design. The upper and lower ends of the pillar should be padded with wooden boards, and after fitting the cross shaft and snap ring on the pillar according to a certain height and direction, use the hand winch to lift the machine and fix it on the pillar according to the required angle, then adjust the hole direction of the drilling rig .
(2) Inspection before operation
1、When starting work, check carefully whether the air and water pipes are firmly connected and whether there are any air and water leaks.
2、Check whether the oil filler is filled with oil.
3、Check whether the screws, nuts and joints of each part have been tightened and whether the column is indeed firmly topped.
(3) Hole drilling operation procedure When opening the hole, start the motor first, then trigger the propulsion handle of the manipulator after the transit is normal. Make it get proper propulsion force, then trigger the handle of the control impactor to the working position. After the rock drilling work, the water valve can be opened to keep the gas-water mixture at a proper ratio. Normal rock drilling is carried out. The drilling of a drill pipe is completed when the advancing work moves the rod remover to touch the bracket. To stop the motor and stop feeding the impactor with air and water, insert the fork into the drill pipe slot of the brazier, reverse the motor slide and back off, disconnect the joint from the drill pipe and attach a second drill pipe, and work continuously in this cycle.
