(1) Daily maintenance:
①Wipe the outer surface of the rig clean, and pay attention to the cleanliness and good lubrication of the surfaces of the rig base chute, vertical shaft, etc.
②Check that all exposed bolts, nuts, safety pins, etc. are firm and reliable.
③Fill with lubricating oil or grease according to the lubrication requirements.
④Check the oil level position of the gearbox, distributor box and hydraulic system oil tank.
⑤ Check the oil leakage in each place and deal with it according to the situation.
(6) Eliminate any other faults that occur on the rig during the shift.
(2) Weekly maintenance:
① Carry out the items required for shift maintenance.
②Remove dirt and mud from the face of the rig chuck and chuck tile teeth.
③Clean the oil and mud from the inner surface of the holding brake.
④Remove any faults that occurred on the rig during the week.
(3) Monthly maintenance:
① Carry out thoroughly the items required for shift and weekly maintenance.
②Remove the chuck and clean the cassette and cassette holder. If there is damage, replace them in time.
③Clean the filter in the oil tank and replace the deteriorated or dirty hydraulic oil.
④Check the integrity of the main parts of the rig and replace them in time if they are damaged, do not work with injuries.
⑤ Eliminate completely the faults that occurred during the month.
⑥If the drilling rig is not used for a long time, all exposed parts (especially the machining surface) should be greased.
